The surface of the cloth wheel is raked and facing, the part is evenly contacted during polishing. The facing surface of the cloth wheel is more easy to absorb the polishing compounds to quickly achieve run-in production. For the initial polishing, it will be more delicate, quality consistency, and anti-scratch on parts.
Production Process
The wheel is made by the 5 ply or 6 ply of bias-cut cloth sheeting to be pleated by exclusive sewing-pleated machine, then spiral sewing together with heavy GSM cloth and cardboard, its feature is soft and flexible to cover the polishing parts, and self-cooling when wheel is spinning.
