Airway Buffing Wheels
Description
Airway Buffing Wheels are bias-cut cloth buffs designed for metal polishing, cut-down buffing and color finishing. The mill-treated or chemically treated cloth delivers strong cutting power, long service life and effective self-cooling airflow during high-speed polishing.

Makeraze Airway Buffing Wheels are designed for industrial metal polishing where cutting efficiency, cooling performance and compound absorption all matter. Facing Service (Paid Service)
Makeraze can provide facing service for Airway Buffing Wheels when required. The wheel surface is raked and faced so it can contact the part more evenly during polishing. A properly faced cloth wheel absorbs polishing compound faster, shortens the run-in period and helps improve surface consistency while reducing scratch risk on the workpiece.
Process Treatment
Special bias-cut cloth is formed into a clinch-ring structure by J-type machines. This construction gives the airway buff a stable shape, reliable strength and better airflow during industrial buffing operations.
