This equipment can process six identical workpieces simultaneously in one operation, and the workpieces can continuously complete 4 grinding processes without re-clamping, offering significant market competitiveness in terms of production efficiency and cost. Customers can also optionally purchase our 6-axis CNC polishing equipment and automatic workpiece loading/unloading solutions.

  • Six-station layout enabling simultaneous processing of 6 workpieces for high efficiency;
  • Six independent Mini Y-axes and Mini Z-axes, with each station allowing individual zero-point calibration in Y and Z directions to guarantee processing consistency across all six stations;
