Process Treatment
The bias sisal cotton cloth is pleated and fixed and sewed by cardboard and heavy cloth. The PCL pleated buffing wheel is pleated from bias cotton cloth and then fixed by an industrial heavy-duty nail gun with cardboard and a high-density fiberboard nail gun.
