Production steps
Step 1: Shearing and blanking
A shearing machine is used to divide the plate into strips of suitable size, and the divided strips are sent to a punch machine for blanking.
Step 2: Die-casting
Die casting is the production of a variety of types of self-produced pressure parts for locks, through die casting machines to die-cast fingerprint-lock cases and cut moulds.
Step 3: Punching
Punch holes in the fingerprint lock panel with a punch die.
Step 4: Welding
Some panels and borders are stamped separately, and you will need to weld the panels and borders together before the next step.
Polishing scheme
After the mechanical part of the fingerprint lock has been completed, the polishing process can be carried out, and the main part of the lock to be polished is the casing. The polishing effect of the shell has an important impact on the aesthetic effect of the finished product and the durability of the surface, so the polishing treatment must master the correct polishing process.
1. Polishing equipment
Our four-head CNC automatic polishing machine is recommended.
2. Matching cases for polished consumables
Customer A: four station NC46, cast zinc alloy door lock casing, with our special BC cloth buffs + our special liquid polishing.
Customer B: four station NC46, cast zinc alloy door lock casing, with our special OS open face sisal buffs + our special yellow liquid polishing.
In this way, the finished work is smooth and polished and does not affect the subsequent electroplating effect. After that, the electronic and mechanical parts of the fingerprint lock are assembled to complete a fingerprint lock.
