The indispensable tool for the hairdresser is the scissors, and the use of a quality pair can make the job easier and more accurate. Production
The raw steel plate is put into a furnace to be calcined.
High-temperature calcined steel blocks are extruded and stretched with the aid of a machine, after which the cooled plates are pressed.
Press the blade and handle parts of the scissors separately.
The material of the handle part is calcined at a high temperature, and the shape of the handle is pressed.
The pressed handle section is welded to the blade section, and after welding, it is quenched.
After the quenching is complete, the edges are pressed to remove the edges, thus completing the shape of the scissors half.
Surface treatment scheme
Sanding
First, sand the workpiece, which is recommended in the order of #240, #400, #800 to remove surface burrs and the original surface.
polishing
For the polishing of scissors, our company has obtained three polishing schemes during the actual operation, and you can choose one of them according to your product requirements.
1.Polishing plan:
Plan A: first polishing process
Plan B: second polishing process (Mirror polishing wax NO.1)
Plan C: third polishing process (Mirror polishing wax NO. 2)
2.Polishing material
The polishing material used are our special coarse polishing wheels and fine polishing flat cloth wheels with special polishing wax.

Sharpening
