Polishing machines, also known as grinders, are often used for mechanical grinding, polishing, and waxing. Manual polisher

2.Hand-held polisher
This type of polishing machine is small, portable in use, the polishing wheel is placed on a drill, and requires the worker to hold the mechanical polishing wheel in contact with the surface of the workpiece for polishing. It is mainly used for regular or irregular polishing, large or small pieces of work, or for some DIY polishing operations.
Automatic polisher
The automatic polishing function increases work efficiency while maintaining stable quality and automation without labor, which is mainly divided for the shape of the workpiece.
1.Flat polisher
For flat pieces, a flat table can be used, which can be moved forward and backward, and swung from side to side. The workpiece is placed on a workbench, and the workpiece is polished automatically by an upper polishing wheel. For more complicated pieces, a corresponding fixture needs to be installed, and the piece is secured to the fixture and polished.
2.Tube polisher
Round-tube polishing machines are mainly divided into groups of single-tube conveying round-tube polishing machines and rubber roll round-tube polishing machines.

3. Disc polisher
There are mainly the following categories of grinding machines of this type: two-head disk grinders, four-head disk grinders, and six-head disk grinders. The disk polishing machine is mainly composed of a disk, polishing column (the number of polishing column is determined according to the processing technology of the product), electric control box and grinding agent supply system.
The motion of the disc can be made intermittent or continuous depending on the processing product, and it is equipped with a frequency converter to control the speed of the disc. The polishing wheel on the polishing column can be multi-axis positioned to meet the polishing of different sides of the product. Depending on the process requirements of the product, the product can be sanded, rough-thrown, fine-thrown, fine-thrown and other flow operations and appropriate choices can be made for polishing the posts. It is self-compensating when the hemp and cloth wheels wear out, and it is equipped with an automatic wax-spraying device. The fixture is designed with an automatic loading and unloading device, which is very convenient to operate.
4. CNC polishing machine
CNC polishing machines are also known as CNC grinders, CNC knife grinders, and CNC polishers.
