Woolen wheel, which also called woolen pad, is a common polishing tool in our daily life, specialized in polishing or restore of scratched materials, like glasses, ceramics, stone, metal, plastic and jewelry, etc.
Characteristic
Woolen wheel is different from other felt wheels, its wool has high density and little air voids; and its thickness let it easier handle than common fabric. The density of woolen wheel can be produced based on the actual production requirements, long service life and has fast bright emitting.
Woolen wheel with high density has little elasticity; but low density will have poor abrasive resistance. Also, the quality/length/thickness of wool, to a large degree, determines the characteristic of woolen wheel.

1.Sorted by material
There have two types: Blended woolen wheel and pure woolen wheel.
2.Sorted by hardness
Different hardness of woolen wheel use for different material production, has flat woolen wheel, woolen wheel with cover.
Flat woolen wheel made from pure wool, has glued and unglued type, which is generally fits on large machine, specification has 100,125,150,180,200,230,250,300,400, etc. thickness around 10-60MM, high speed and wide polishing area (saving time).
Woolen wheel with cover generally fits on angle polishers, specification has 80, 85,90,95,98,100,125 etc. thickness around 6-12MM.
Application
It can use for car, furniture, stainless steel, precision spare parts, eyeglasses, glasses… polishing.
Woolen wheel can be said the necessary polishing wheel for glassware, has good performance of wiping off scratches and brighten, fits on straight-line polishing machine, beveling polishing machine, shape edge polishing machine.
What’s more, woolen wheel can polishing for automobile coated surface, using our water-wax, which can quickly remove #2000 sanding scratches and make mirror finishing.
