How to polish brass instruments? Let’s See！
Material
Brass Instruments generally made of brass or pure copper; today we will share polishing method for them.
Shape
First, brass materials need pressed into a basic shape.
Grinding
After finalize the shape, we can start polishing. But before polishing, we need to do a step first, that’s grinding, which is a necessary step before all polishing process.
Polishing
We can really start polishing after grinding, the surface of workpiece getting smoother after first polishing but still feel rough. We need to use sisal wheels continue polishing process, called MIDDLE ROUGH POLISHING; Trumpet(small&big)、saxophone kind of musical instruments of examples.

Welding
After, we can weld parts by parts with flux.
Polishing for gaps
Assembled part will have some gaps difficult to polish, we recommend using special cloth with copper grease to polish.
Cleaning
Blow away the copper scraps.
Washing
At last, dip into the hot degreaser to remove the grease & impurity.
