      The wheel is made by the 5 ply or 6 ply of bias-cut cloth sheeting to be pleated by exclusive sewing-pleated machine, then spiral sewing together with heavy GSM cloth and cardboard, its feature is soft and flexible to cover the polishing parts, and self-cooling when wheel is spinning.<\/p>\n
